Digital Products

TechWhizz LLC sells digital products (antivirus licenses and related services). Because license keys can be used immediately, we apply the following rules.

Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund when:

  • The license key has not been activated or used, and
  • You request a refund within a reasonable period from purchase (for example, 7 or 14 days), and
  • You provide your Order ID and email address used for purchase.

We do not usually provide refunds if the license key has already been activated or if the software is functioning as described but does not meet your expectations or preferences.

Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place a duplicate order or are charged twice, contact us with both Order IDs. After verification, we can issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues:

  1. Contact our support team at info@tecwhizz.online.
  2. Provide details of the problem, error messages, and screenshots where possible.

We will first try to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and the license has not been activated, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@tecwhizz.online with:

  • Subject: “Refund Request – Order #[your_order_number]”
  • Your name
  • Order ID
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the request

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
