Quick Help
Your license key is included in your order confirmation email from TechWhizz. Check your inbox and spam folder.
Make sure you copied the key exactly and that you’re entering it for the correct product. If the issue continues, contact us with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error.
In many cases, we can guide you through the installation by email or chat. If needed, we may offer secure remote assistance with your permission.
